Higgsfield Built a Business on Scamming You

First they promise you impossible things: unlimited, free, effortless, creator-first. You sign up with your card. Then they charge you. Then the "unlimited" plan gets weird, the credits vanish, the queue crawls, the refund becomes a maze, and somehow creators are still supposed to applaud. I got scammed, but creators deserve tools that don't treat them like revenue pinatas.

"Higgsfield scammed me" — the receipts, from the people who said it

Two things are true at once, and we keep both on the page: Higgsfield is a real, funded company with a genuine product and a 4-star Trustpilot average, and it has a steady drumbeat of people who feel it took their money and their rights. Both. Here are the receipts for the second one.

"They want to own what I make"

This is where the Terms stop being abstract. Higgsfield's §4.4 grants them a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license over your inputs and outputs, and says your content "may be used to train, develop, enhance... its AI models." The only consumer opt-out is deleting your account. Enterprise customers get a written no-training guarantee. You don't.
